September Fantasy Football Preview (Golden Gambles!)

This Month, the Suns 'Dream Team' TFF and YTM are all offering 2 teams for the price of one to attempt to win the manager of the month prizes! In this post ill be looking at how we can beat the game by using a few subtle tactics.

1.Q. Who has the most games in the calender month of September?

A. Arsenal, Aston Villa, Chelsea, Everton, Liverpool, Man City, Manchester Utd, Portsmouth and Tottenham all have 6 games. It would therefore make sense to base your manager of the month attempts around these teams only. Personally I have avoided Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester Utd, beacause there fixture lists are looking difficult!

2. Q Should I avoid the big signings on deadline day?

A. Personally I have included not included Robinho in any teams as I feel he is going to take a while to settle! SWP on the other hand, seems to have settled in instantly and is in all of my motm teams!

Its impossible to say whos going to play the best this month, but you will have more chance of winning if you make calculated guesses into which players have the easyest oponents and the most chance to score some points!

Good luck for this month, I would appriciate it if you let me know how you get on!

Weekly Fantasy Football Prediction- SAt 13th - Mon 15th

Heres my initail thoughts looking at this weekends games to be used on the weekly games such as www.coachbet.com

my inital thoughts involve:

GK- Howard
D- Coloccini
D- Beye
D- Lescott
D- Laursen
M- Bullard
M- A Young
M- Cesc
F- Zaki
F- Owen
F- Yakubu

Others to concider

Bent/Pavlyuchenko, - spurs v villa tend to be high scorers!

Ade/RVP/Theo?? - bburn are going to struggle, this could easily be 3/4 -0

Defoe/Crouch, - boro are pretty good at the back but who thought pompy would put 3 past everton?

Bellamy/Ashton, - did well last week, bellamy rested for the internationals and teams usually do well when its the managers 1st game

Carew/Agbon - I think spurs will concede 0 or 1 this game.. but of previous records i think one could go in one team just in case? maybe agbon, as he'll do well on the counter

Defense-wise I cant really see any stand out clean sheets? maybe newcastle despite the club being in a sad state? they players might try and prove a point

Good Luck guys!
